By accessing or using PAYE you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you accept these terms for that organisation.
If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not use the service.
Use of the service
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to use PAYE only for lawful payroll and business purposes.
Liability
PAYE is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
